I get to do a book-signing and author talk in McCall, Idaho on January 30th during the Winter Carnival. This is really exciting for me as THE SNOWBALL FIGHT PROFESSIONAL is set in McCall. Here is a picture of my family in McCall for the Winter Carnival back in 2013.

If you're going to be in the beautiful resort town for the festivities, please stop by Blue Grouse Books between 1-4 and the McCall Library at 5 for free hot chocolate and the story behind the story and possibly win a piece of framed, autographed art by my talented illustrator Jim Strong.

And then you can go join the Children's Torchlight Parade and watch Boise State hockey take on the Idaho Vandals in what has always proven to be an intense rivalry game. My daughters have been in the parade before and my nephew plays for BSU. (His picture with my husband below.) Can't wait!
