Salmon Cheese Ball to Munch on While Reading...or For Holiday Gatherings if You're Willing to Share

Nobody believed I made this with my own hands, but I did, and you can too!



  • 6 oz. smoked salmon, cut into small pieces

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp minced fresh dill

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Roll into a ball and wrap in cellophane. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then roll in pecans and serve with crackers or veggies.
